Return Period For services, we offer a cooling off period of 14 days from the date of contracting, during which you can request cancellation of the service. After this time, cancellation requests will not be accepted if the service has already been partially or fully executed.
Conditions for Refund or Cancellation of Services
Services must be cancelled before they have begun to be performed to be eligible for a full refund.
If cancellation is requested after performance of the service has begun, a prorated refund will be calculated based on the work already performed.
No cancellations or refunds will be accepted for fully executed services or those customized specifically for the client.
Refund Process Once we receive your cancellation request and verify eligibility, we will process your refund:
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card issuing bank within 14 business days of refund approval.
It may take some additional time before the refund is actually credited to your account.
