Express Services: We offer expedited delivery options for services requiring immediate attention. These may be subject to additional fees.
Exceptions
Delays: While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, occasionally delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control, such as software outages, technical problems, or customer availability.


High Demand: During periods of high demand, such as special promotions or certain times of the year (Black Friday, holiday periods), delivery times may be extended due to customer volume.
Customer Responsibilities
It is the customer's responsibility to provide all necessary information and access to resources (such as software accounts or online tools) required for service delivery at the time of contracting. Failure to provide these requirements may result in delays.

Changes and Cancellations
Changes: If you need to modify any details of your contracted service, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, changes may not be possible or may incur additional costs.
Cancellations: Cancellations are possible within the first 24 hours at no cost. After this period, charges may apply depending on the degree of progress of the service.
